Clinical assessment with diagnosis and treatment or education recommendations when indicated.Mental Health Diagnostic Assessment — $375
Comprehensive clinical assessment for diagnostic clarification, court, attorney, or other referral needs.Combined Mental Health & Substance Use Assessment — $450
Integrated assessment addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.Court / Attorney-Referred Clinical Assessment — Starting at $375
